We offer a 7-day return and replacement policy on our flagship products. If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, contact us at crm@kawachigroup.com within 7 days of delivery, and we will coordinate a replacement.

Please inspect your package upon delivery. If you receive a damaged or defective product, email us at crm@kawachigroup.com within 24 hours with photos/videos of the package and item, and we will ship a replacement at no extra cost.

You can request order cancellation before the shipment has been dispatched from our warehouse. Please call support or email crm@kawachigroup.com with your order number. Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.
