You can track your order status and location easily. When your order is dispatched, you will receive an SMS and email notification with your tracking number and delivery partner link. Alternatively, you can contact our support coordinator at crm@kawachigroup.com with your Order Reference ID.
We support a wide array of payment methods to make checkout seamless. You can pay securely online using UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm), credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay), NetBanking, or select Cash on Delivery (COD) for physical cash collection upon receipt.
Yes, you can cancel your order within the first 12 hours or before it has been dispatched from our warehouse. Once the status shows "Shipped" or a tracking ID has been generated, order cancellation is disabled. Please refer to our Cancellation Policy page for detailed terms.
Yes, all Kawachi utility products, home furniture, and wellness items are backed by a standard 1-year brand warranty covering material defect or structural failure. If you experience an issue, submit a warranty claim ticket through our contact desk.
We offer free express delivery nationwide on all orders valued above ₹999. For standard orders below ₹999, a flat delivery fee of ₹99 is added to your checkout total.
